Similar games to iMobsters for the iPhone and Android?

I'm wondering if there are any strategy MMO games for the iPhone and Android that are similar to iMobsters.

I like the concept of earning cash, finding items, leveling up and fighting against other players. I also like how the game is timed based, meaning that once you use up your points, you have to wait for it ti replenish.

As far as genre, I'm looking for something that has to do with post-apocalyptic survival.
