I have iOS 7 Jailbreak issues?

First off, I noticed that after I installed Cydia, I could not connect my device to iTunes. So after a month of having it, I grew tired of Cydia and wanted it gone, so I was deleting apps/tweaks and one deleted the Cydia installer with it. So now not only are there about 10 GB's of space taken up on my iPhone by Cydia tweaks, soundboards, apps, ect., I can't connect my phone to iTunes to restore my iPhone. Any possible help would be much appreciated.

Well maybe you shouldn't jailbreak your phone =-=

You can't actually delete cydia lol. How'd you manage to do that? Well I'd start off by holding lock and home button for 10 seconds until it restarts. Cydia should come back unless you did something massively odd. As for connecting to iTunes use a friends cable, or put yourself into restore mode first and restore. It will work
Jailbreaking is safe as long as you're not dumb about it
