If you mean upgrade as in installing the latest software then no, it doesn't stay on, you would have to re jailbreak.

If you were to update, you would get iOS 7.0.4 installed which is jailbreakable using evasi0n 7

Verizon upgrade date? Any way to upgrade early? So today I went to the Verizon store to get the new iPhone 6. It came to 399, and everything was cool. But then, they realized I couldn't upgrade phones until March of 2016, and that if I still wanted the phone, it would come too around 800 dollars. So I was like yeah no thanks, and I left, all bummed out. So I was wondering if there's any way I could get the iPhone but, not for that outrageous price?
