Software to read business cards?
For my internship job, I need to find a software that can read business cards and pull them out into an Excel Spreadsheet (I don't have an iPhone/touch). I'm pretty new to this and I have no idea where to find a software like that.
Hi, check out NeatDesk or ScanSnap. They are both desk scanners. I believe NeatDesk does use Excel, but not sure about ScanSnap. They are both kind of pricey though (in the hundreds).
Hope that helps.
You need a card scanner. The only one I know is from dymo

Google card scanner or cardscan and find other options
- Software for business networking? Is there some sort of software that allows me to make a spider web chart of everyone I know? I want to be able to draw lines between people showing how they're connected and click on each person to see basic information on who they are, what they do, and their contact information. Thanks! P.S. To get an idea of what the ideal program or application would look like, check out the iPhone app called "Discovr Apps". Well-done GUI.
- Is ''Iphone'' software only or hardware and software? I've never had an Iphone. I always see it anounced in an absolutely black device, such as this one: http://pective.com/m/iphone-5 I wonder whether, when you're going to buy one, you go to the apple store and buy the whole thing, or look for a Nokia or Sony smartphone and then go to the Apple website and buy and download the software into your device.
- IPhones that can read already activated T-Mobile SIM cards? I asked my dad if I could get an iPhone if I could find one somewhere cheap enough that I could afford it. He said only if I can find one that can read regular T-Mobile SIM card, and is already unlocked to where it will work on the T-Mobile network. Does anyone know where, if they even exist, they can be bought/ordered?
- IPhone5 read 5%, plugged in to charge then instantly read 26%? It's been doing this a lot lately. Earlier it read 37% and I restarted it and it read 63%. Do I have a bad battery or is the percentage reader just not accurate?
