Some number I don't know keeps calling me
It's really scary. He calls like 2 times everyday… And I'm too afraid to pick it up. :/

Go to the place you purchased your iPhone from, and tell them you want that number blocked. Simple.
Why are you afraid? It's just a phone call. Unless you pick up and tell him he's got the wrong number, he will probably keep calling. And how do you know it's a male?

If you're willing to pay some money you can block the calls using an app which is called iBlacklist. It's quite expensive and I'm not sure that there's a way to manually block a number on the actual iPhone.
You could take your phone to your phone company (O2, Vodafone etc) and ask them if they can help you to block the number.
You could just pick up and pretend to be a company which would make them leave you alone or just ignore the calls until they realize that they'll never get an answer and just leave you alone. It could be that they're just a company that won't leave you alone.
I was in a similar situation with some perverse women and I just ignored them and they left me alone after some while of constant calls.

I'm sorry to hear about your situation but be aware that call blocking option is controlled at the provider level. It's best to contact your telephone company and have that number added to your block list. The reps can easily do that from their end.

- Person keeps calling and texting me? So today this random number started calling me and texting me saying some crap.
