Someone gave me their iphone 4 but i just want to use it as an ipod will that work?
Its verizon and i just want to use it to play games take pictures like an ipod but i don't want a data plan will it charge to their account when i use the phone & will it work as an ipod without a data plan? If i just have Wi-Fi please help thank you
I don't believe that you can. I read something somewhere where the iphone will only work if activated on a phone number. But not sure. I think if it wasn't resetted, you should be fine.
- Why don't people just listen to music on their iphone why buy a ipod? I know some mobile devices aren't good with organizing music but the iphone is good with that so why?
- If someone gave you a old iPhone 3GS, what would you do? Would you: 1) Hook it up on some dock with speakers and just use it as a MP3 player? 2) Give it to someone you know? 3) Donate it to charity? 4) Sell it for $25?
- I sent a text message to someone who has their phone off right now. Will they see it when they turn their phone on? We both have iPhones so I sent it on iMessage but sent it as a text message after since the message didn't say delivered. Will they still see it when their phone is on?
- I just want to use my iPhone as an iPod? So i recently found an iPhone 4 (how lucky right?) and i restored it to factory settings, i already have a contract with at&t so i just want to use the iPhone as an iPod, is there any way to activate it without service? Whenever i connect it to iTunes it wants me to put in all this information to sign up to verizon but i don't want to do that.
