SOMEONE HACKED INTO MY ACCOUNT AND ORDERED STUFF?
SO THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THIS HAPPENED.
THE FIRST TIME WAS ON EBAY WHEN THIS DUDE RODERED A $70 SHIRT AND AN IPHONE 5 BUT WAS CANCELLED LUCKLY BC THE GUY ACTUALLY PUT THE WRONG ADDRESS IN AND THAT SELLER'S EMAIL CAME TO MY EMAIL SO I WAS ABLE TO CANCEL AND REMOVE MY CREDIT CARD INFO AND CHANGE MY PASSWORD.
AND NOW, SOMEONE GOT INTO MY AMERICAN EAGLE ONLINE ACCOUNT AND ORDERED A BUNCH OF JEANS BUT WAS CANCELLED SOMEHOW BUT THAT PERSON ORDERED THE ITEMS THAT I PLACED IN THE BAG BEFORE TO MY OLD ADDRESS AND I CALLED THEM BUT I CAN't CANCEL BC THEY ALREADY SENT IT! AND THAT PERSON CHANGED MY EMAIL AND MY PHONE NUMBER SO I WOULDNT GET ANY INFO ABOUT IT… AND I JUST FOUND OUT. THE HACKER PUT IN THEIR ADDRESS BUT IT WAS WEIRD. IT DOESN't EVEN EXIST…
WHAT SHOULD I DO?!

Presuming this is true…
what you needed to do is contact via email your credit cards - ALL of them - and let them know what happened… You might want to find a credit monitoring agency too
Your computer/device is intected. YOU are sending this person your info, NOTHING was hacked. That's not what is going on.
You need to have your devices professionally cleaned, then start changing ALL your passwords to EVERYTHING. Email, banks, all websites that you use to purchase anything.
Also your caps lock key seems to be jammed!
- What should I do if someone hacked into my Apple ID? Last night, someone went into my Apple ID. This person sent a plenty of abusive messages to my contacts. I know I didn't do it, because I was just busy watching videos while that person was sending messages. So I have blocked all my contacts to keep low from this person. Well I used to a iPod touch and I lost it last year in my school. After when I lost it, someone must have found it and went inside that account. So is there anyway I can do? I own a iPhone 6S btw
- Someone stole my iphone and now all their stuff is on my phone? So I lost my phone the other night so the next day I deactivated it. Someone turned it in and when I got it back all there stuff was on it. I go to try and rest the phone but it says I have to have there password to rest it. So I don't know what to do.
