Don't buy it. Don't get yourself involved and you shouldn't take the risk. Somehow it could be spun that you stole the phone and well that wouldn't look good for you. Sojust buy it from someplace else.

There's no way to know, even if it verizon or sprint, and has a bad esn there are many ways to get a bad esn. And if on att all you have to do is buy a new sim. I don't buy any thing from craigslist because you can't trust people to tell you the truth

- How to clear someone someone else's iCloud info off my Iphone 5? I got a used iPhone but the previous owner didn't wipe the phone and it still has all of his data on it. When I try to log off his iCloud or reset the phone it asks for his iCloud password. Is there a way to do this without his password?
