Songs grey and white won't play or delete on iPhone 4S?
After I updates and synced, some songs turned grey and other remained white. All the grey ones won't play or delete, and about half the white songs won't play or delete either. I tired resyncing the songs back on the iPhone so I could delete them, but I only ended up with duplicates of songs and I could only delete the one I had just added? What is wrong? How do I fix this? 10 stars guarunteed to the person that can successfully help me solve this!
My iPod does this too but what I do is hold down the home button and lock button at the same time for a around 15 seconds. It resets it but doesn't delete anything I promise.
- Why won't songs play good on my iPhone 5 but play normal on iTunes? When I download music and import it to iTunes, They play fine and normal but as soon as i put them on my iPhone they sound scratchy or like if they were getting fast forwarded. I don't think it's my iPhone because I've put songs in it before but this just started happening today. What's the problem, How do i fix this?

- What is a grey cloud with a red arrow pointing down mean next some of my iPhone 5c iTune songs? I have a grey cloud with a red arrow pointing down on some of my iPhone 5c library songs. What is that & I can delete other songs in my library but not the songs with a cloud? How can I delete them?
- Songs on my Iphone appear dark shaded grey and will not play? I purchased some songs on Itunes, and when I try to put them on my Iphone, they appear a shaded grey and will not play, they'll just be sipped over, does anyone know the cause of this or even more importantly, the fix?
