Sprint contract help (iphone 5)?

So i have an htc evo3d from sprint, i got the contract on october of 2011 (last year] and now i want to get the iphone 5.is there an early termination fee or anything like that or no? And if there's can you tell me what i'm going to have to do please.

Yes, Sprint has an Early Termination Fee, much like every other contract carrier.

It starts out at $350, and goes down as time goes by, down to $100.

Assuming that you paid the ETF now, it would be around $240.

  • Will buying an iphone in contract and unlocking cause contract immediate fee? If i buy a iphone for example on att contract and unlock it, will att charge me what's left on the contract or will i just go by like nothing happened and free of contract? I haven't seen this but it makes quite a bit of sense for companies… Not sure if they do however.
  • Should I get iPhone 5 or iPhone 4S? No contract or with contract? I don't know what exactly is so much better with the 5 compared to 4S? I'm thinking to get it with no contract because I'll be in Europe over the summer so I'll need another contract over there for a few months so that likely wouldnt work if I got a 2 year contract here in the US is the 5 much more expensive than the 4s? and does the price vary a lot if I buy with/without contract?
  • NEEDS Help UNLOCKING SPRINT IPHONE 4S? Long story short Sprint gave me a code for AT&T to unlock my phone, but apparently AT&T can't do that and Sprint says that they can't either. It is up to the new carrier to unlock it. Anyway I do have an unlocking code from Sprint… So how do I unlock the phone myself?
  • Is the iPhone 5s better with a contract or no contract? Which is cheaper? I was thinking about getting an iPhone 5s and I was just wondering if no contract or contract was cheaper. I saw that T- mobile offered a no contract deal, yes I know you have to pay it all up front. I just want to know which would be cheaper in the long run.
