Is there a way to get sprint to let you upgrade early from a 2 year contract?

I have 2 iPhone SE's I got with sprint for free with a 2 year contract. It will be exactly a year i've had the contract in june this year and my contract does not end until june 2018. I've been having problems with the phone getting over heated and shutting off. I want to uprgrade to a iPhone 7 with financing. Everytime I call they tell me with a attitude to either wait another year or pay a $350 termination fee for each device.

Those are your only options and that's what you agreed to when you signed the contract. Either wait until 2018 or pay the early termination fee and then sign another contract. Since it's been less than a year your phone should be under manufacturer warranty. Call apple or take it into an apple store and they will fix it or replace for you and it should be free. If you don't want to be under contract after your 2 years is up switch to Boost Mobile or Virgin Mobile. You'll have to pay full price for the phone but they have all the new phones and you won't have to sign a contract. Both companies are owned by Sprint and use sprint towers. Their plans are about $40-$50 for unlimited everything.

Those are your options. You only other option is to get the phone repaired or replaced under warranty. And you better get that done before the full first year is up, as even a day after that, you are stuck with the phone.

Also if you have dropped and cracked the screen or gotten the phone wet, that will be the blame of the issue, even if it's not the actual cause, and you will be SOL then as well.
