Statistics problem: bar graphs?

2)A 2012 survey examined cell phone ownership by US adults. The results of the survey are shown in Table 2.
(a)Make a relative frequency table of the data. Give results to three decimal places.
(b)What percent of the survey respondents do not own a cell phone? What percent own a cell phone but not a smartphone? What percent own a smartphone?
(c)Construct an appropriate graph for displaying the data below.

Frequencies in cell phone ownership
Cell Phone Owned Frequency
Android smartphone 458
iPhone smartphone 437
Blackberry smartphone 141
Cell phone not smartphone 924
No cell phone 293
Total 2253

I figured out how to do the bar graph, I'm just not sure about the math.

I have like 300 pictures and a couple videos on there… But I never really delete my messages or calling history… So is that what "resetting statistics" means? What's the best way to make space on your iphone 4?
  • What does reset statistics mean? On iphone 5s? I have like 50.1 gb on my phone. I saw reset statistics on the botton(cellular>go to the botto) what does it mean? And does it lower my data and lower my bill?
  • What does 'Reset Statistics' mean? On iPhone 5? Basically, need to know what it is. Found on settings>mobile and it's at the bottom written in red.
