Strange cloud like icon near battery meter on iPhone?

Strange icon appeared left of battery meter this morning. It's similar to a text cloud normally seen in comic books to show when a character is speaking. Its color is white but it also turns into a light orange at times. It appears to have a 1 (or it could be a "!" to small to identify) in it. I search the internet to see if anybody had this icon, also looked at the user's guide. I'm using a 3Gs with iOS 5.1.1. Does anybody know what it is? BTW its not the Bluetooth icon.

I personally don't know! But I do know that you could probably contact the place you got it from, or you could probably go to the place you got it from. You could also look in a book like iPhone's for dummies! (I'm not calling you a dummy!)

  • Why is there a blue star near my contacts phone number on my iPhone? I recently tried calling one of my contacts and the calls go straight to "this person can't receive calls at this time we're sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused". I checked my other contacts and none have a star near the phone number. Does anyone know what that little blue star means? (For iPhone 5)

  • Navigation icon near battery? Basically an on iPhone 3GS, near my battery icon there's a arrow looking icon lot slanted to the right, am guessing that's the navigation icon, can someone tell me how to switch that off or take it off? Would be most helpful
  • My iphone now can't connect to Wi-Fi unless I'm near it. How do I fix it? Only way it works if I'm right next to it or under the Wi-Fi thing, downstairs. It won't work if I'm in another room.
