Suddenly can't connect to college dorm Wi-Fi?
I have an Asus laptop running windows 7. My friends laptops and my iPhone and tablet can all connect to the Wi-Fi here but recently my laptop hasn't been able to identify the Internet. Before whenever this would happen I would restart my computer and I could connect. But not not even that works.
Is it the college's Wi-Fi or a router that has been set up privately on the college's Ethernet?
If it is Wi-Fi supplied by the college, contact their tech services for troubleshooting.
If it is a privately set up Wi-Fi router, then we need much more information before we can give a useful answer.

We can also try to boot the computer in safe mode. To boot the computer in safe mode, please switch on the computer and start tapping the F8 key which would take you to Advanced Boot Option screen. Using the up and down arrow key, select Safe Mode with networking to boot the computer into Safe Mode.
Please check if you are able to connect to internet in Safe Mode with networking.
