Suggest me a Camera with external mic input and Flip screen with in affordable price
I want to do travel vlog on my own, like with the help of tripod so I want to see my self while vlogging and I want there to be external mic input so that Audio quality should be rich. Please suggest. Apart from that tell me iPhone 6s+ is better for that work or I should buy a camera.
Look into a used or refurbished Nikon D5200.
Here is a documentary shot with a Canon Vixia camcorder bought new for $200. And all of the audio was recorded with in internal mic. But it does have a mic input. Easy to use. The view screen does twist around.

First I can see that your written communication skills need a LOT of work. I suspect your verbal and video skills may be sub-standard as well. You might want to join your schools Drama club or take some acting classes. It will help.
There's a channel on YouTube called "ThinkMediaTV" that does budget gear reviews and gives advice for improving your video quality. I suggest you go watch some of his reviews.
You need a LOT of gear other than the camera to produce a basic vlog. Working backwards:
* Video editing software. (Newbies think they can shoot perfect video the first time and won't need fancy editing. A team of professionals can't shoot perfect video every time, but hey, they are not you). Pick video editing software and find what file-formats it supports.
* Audio. On camera audio usually sucks. Many people use an external digital audio recorder like the $99 zoom or tascam units. Add a $30 Movo or Audio Technica lav microphone, attach to the recorder on your belt and you now have halfway decent audio.
* Microphone. You can sometimes buy a budget shotgun microphone with a "dead cat" filter. This is especially important if you are shooting video outside with wind. There's a Rhode VideoMicrophone shotgun for about $60 that seems to work well.
* Tripod. If you are traveling, a tripod may be too bulky & heavy to carry around. Instead look into a MonoPod. This is basically a stick that telescopes out and has a camera-thread on the top. There was a good Benrow unit on Amazon. Search for "Benrow Monopod" on Amazon. https://www.amazon.com/...CBMJOQ2MG7
* Camera. You are correct you want a flip-forward screen and a microphone input. Look at the Canon Vixia RF800. For $250-$300, you add some SD cards and a few spare batteries and you have something that works well, is fairly light weight.
Canon Vixia - I own two - probably the best budget camera with a mic input.
Stick to your phone.
Define "affordable." Any Sony or Panasonic camcorder will be a decent option just as long as it has an external mic and headphone jack.
- Where is the best place to buy iPhone 5c cases for an affordable price? I just ordered my iphone 5c and I would like to buy a case but I'm having difficulty trying to find a place that sells them. I would prefer ones that have simple designs (tribal for example) or ones that are simple colored.
- What is the best (affordable), camera to record Football that's held indoor? I first was going to use my iPhone 7 and transfer everything to "iMovie" that's already installed in my phone for a highlight tape, but i was considering getting an actual good camera like a canon or Sony. Any suggestions? MUST HAVE GOOD QUALITY FOR INDOOR
- My external mic isn't working? Someone So I just received my external mic for my Iphone, it has the end of like an aux cord so it fits in my phone and I don't need an adapter. But when I tested it, sound only recorded from the built in microphone and not the external mic. The phone seems to be recognizing it as headphones instead of a mic, is there a setting I need to change?!
- How to hook up a 3.5mm external mic to iphone? I have a 3.5mm 3pin microphone that i would like to use to record audio on my iphone 4 with but it won't recognize the mic and keeps recording from the built in one. Is there a cord/adapter i can make or buy to make (prefer to make) my phone recognize it?
