Swapping Out T-Mobile for Verizon (iPhone 5)?

What would be the best way to swap out a second hand iPhone 5 16GB for T-Mobile, for an iPhone 5 16GB for Verizon?

I'm purchasing the iPhone from someone who is on T-Mobile, but I have Verizon. What would be the best decision when it comes to swapping? Will Verizon do an even swap for a Good Condition iPhone 5 to new iPhone 5? Or am I just going to get a credit towards the new one? How will it work? Or would I just be better off selling it and paying the difference for a new one?

  • This man is swapping sims to text me? I was doing online dating and a man started talking to me and he started to get dirty to me and I blocked him a lot of times. When I say blocked a lot of times he has been changing sim cards to text me and call me in the UK. Is there a way I can fix this by telling someone or is there an option in settings or something to permanently block him. I have amn iPhone 4 running ios 7 and the latest carrier settings have been installed. What should I do?

I'm already with t mobile but there internet is a bit slow sometimes. Its the jump plan ill get. Ill pay 12.00 for 24 mo. And if i get a new phone they won't run my credit again. But with verizon they'll run my credit. Is pretty good. But i don't want anybody to really run my credit tho lower it. I'm not sure about verizon internet but the commercials looks pretty good.
