Syncing my iphone to a new itunes will it erase everything else besides my music?

Okay I have a problem, my iPhone is already synced to an iTunes account but I want to sync it to a different one. All I want is the music and I'm afraid it will end up deleting everything off my phone like my contacts, pictures, messages, apps.i've already done it once before but i'm afraid it will delete everything because my friend tried syncing hers to a different account and it completely deleted EVERYTHING.

If the music you want has not been purchased through iTunes then ask your friend if they can burn to a cd. If bought through iTunes then it's the new music OR the stuff on your iphone

  • Will syncing my iphone on my new mac make me lose everything? I just bought a macbook air and i have my family's pc desktop also. I want to put everything from my iphone music, contacts, etc.onto my macbook air without having it getting deleted. I want to be able to put songs from my air onto my iphone. In the end I want to put everything from my iphone into my Macbook airs itunes, without loading my whole family's library on it as well.
  • Will setting up my new iPhone erase my music from iTunes? So I finally got my very first iphone and connected it to my mac to try and sync some music. When I open itunes it gives me the option to "setup as new iPhone" or "restore from previous iPod" Will clicking "setup as new iPhone" delete all of my music from iTunes? Because I really don't want to click restore from old ipod because i don't want All the music and apps that I had on my ipod.
  • Will deleting my iTunes library erase it from everything? I recently got an apple computer and have been switching everything over from my pc. Once done, I'm giving my old pc to someone else so I want to make sure none of my old stuff is on it. I have already imported my iTunes library to my apple computer so I want to get rid of it on the other one. If I delete all the music in the library on the windows, will it also delete from the mac and my other devices it's on? Like my iPod and phone?
