Teens: how do you keep yourselves occupied on a plane?

It's not that long and I can't sleep on planes but I do have an iPhone and I have books that I can read

Iphone, brightness all the way down so it will last you a while and do whatevs, play games, music, web.etc.once battery dies, the books could come in handy.

Listen to your favorite songs and try to strike up an interesting convo with a fellow passenger.

I can't sleep either on planes.

That's what I do. Also, you can check out magazines. They are easy to read with photos and all.

I know how you feel, always happens to me. I usually just listen to music or if i have a really good book i'd read that too. Some good apps: the impossible game or candy crush or solitare, fruit ninja or guess the logo. Some good books are the hunger games series (Suzanne Collins), the harry potter series (J.K Rowling), gallagher girls series (Ally Carter) or lock and key (Sarah Dessen).

I would take more stuff to entertain yourself than you think you need, because you are a teenager your mind is always racing and busy and you need to keep yourself busy. In addition, you will have the plane ride back and I always hated the plane ride back I just wanted to be home.

bring your iphone charger because sometimes you can charge it on the plane but dimming it is a good idea. I have a friend that brings a portable power charger he can plug in anything and it keeps everything charge. They are a little pricey but nothing compared to your iphone.

Bring a external battery to keep your phone powered. I have not used this one because the one I used is no longer being sold but if you use Amazon then this has good reviews. However, if you have an Iphone5 you need to get an additional adapter.
