Text message monitoring app?

Ill make this brief, my son is 17 has been getting into trouble lately i've had talks with him tried to understand what is going on but can't seem to get a break through my family is currently moving; not mainly because he is getting into trouble but its a partial reason, now what i need is an app that monitors his texts, calls, gps location and things of that nature i understand people will completely disagree with what i want to do but i have ran out of options
things i'm looking for within this app is to be completely invisible to my son, he will not know that i have access to this information once the app is installed it is very difficult or impossible to see that it has been installed on his phone
online access as soon as i install the app on his phone i will have an account online to view everything even if he has deleted texts on his phone
under some type of situation if an update is needed then i will be notified through my online access

  • Will my message be delivered if sent as text message on iphone? My friend said that she was having phone problems earlier today. My message was being sent as an imessage, but I guess she wasn't receiving everyone of them, just getting the notifications that they were sent to her but she couldn't read them. I then responded to her, but it was sent as a text message this time and i have gotten no response. I'm not as much concerned about her responding or not, I just want to know if she will receive the message.
  • Why could i have gotten a text message with no text box? Yesterday morning, I looked at my smart phone ( android) and I got a text from someone. I clicked on the contact's text and there was no message, no blank bubble, nothing. It just looked like one of us was getting ready to start a conversation but no message was sent. (Extra info: I may be wrong but I think this certain contact has an iphone.) What could cause this? I don't want to ask the person because it would be extremely awkward.

In my setting I have all the iMessage and everything turned on. Sometimes it will work whenever I text another iPhone but most of the time it won't. I have tried turning the phone off and back on.
