Texting notification to the person I'm texting?
How do I change on my iPhone 5s so the person I'm texting doesn't see that I'm texting them with the bubble
You can't make that little speech bubble go away when you're replying to someone's iMessage.
I'm assuming you already know this but you can turn off your read receipts which means they won't be able to see what time you read their message, it'll just say "Delivered". If you don't even want the person your texting to see that you're replying then you'd have to turn off iMessage in your settings and then you'd just be texting (SMS) instead of iMessaging.
To turn iMessage off and use stand text messaging (SMS) go to Settings>Messages and turn off "iMessage".
