Clocks go forward at 1am (GMT), what happens if I set an alarm on my iPhone 4S?

The clocks are going forward and I was wondering if my phone will pick up on my alarm being set at my time (7am) or if the phone won't change and it will only wake me up at 8am. Do I set my alarm TONIGHT for 6am (7am tomorrow) or just set it as 7am?

Sorry if this was complicated

At 1am, your iPhone will automatically change to 2am and as far as I'm aware, any alarms set will be taken into account when this changes, so you should be ok. Hope this made sense.

This will depend on your settings. The answer already provided will be the case if you have 'set automatically' set to yes in setting>general>time & date. If it is no, then you need to make manual adjustments.

Again, hope that makes sense.

  • Will i have to set up my alarm again? I'm installing the iOS 7 for iPhone and I'm planing on letting it install overnight. But i have to get up early tomorrow for school and the only thing that walks me up is my alarm on my phone. When iOS is installed into the device, do I have to set up my alarms again?
  • Trying to set up an alarm in the morning on my iphone without it draining my battery? So I want to set up my alarm clock in the morning when my phone is turned off but I know you can't do that so I was wondering what I can do so it won't drain my battery that's the only reason I want to turn off my phone off in the first place.
  • How to set everyday alarm on iPhone? I'm a forgetful person, so I need to set an alarm on my iPhone, so it rang every day at the same time, without need to re-set it every day.
  • How to set an alarm on the iPhone for a certian day? I have an iPhone 4 and I wanted to make an alarm for the 11th (it's the 8th) so I can remember to buy a ticket to this concert I wanted to go to before it sells out. My memory is awful so I was hoping there was a way I could do this.
