Flash on my Iphone won't turn off

So i already asked a question about my phone being fried & what to do after dropping it in a swimming pool (it really helped!) But now when i turn my phone on, the flash is always on. It drains my battery. I know its probs cause the water messed up my phone, but is there any way to turn it off or am i stuck with it? ALSO; I can still see some water in my phone when i turn it on… Is this bad? Should i let it sink in rice some more or is this also permanent?

Have you tried go to your camera and where it says flash auto or off just turn it off

What you should have done and can still do is: A: Turn it off and take the battery out. B: Then wipe off any other moisture with a towell and put it in a small plastic sandwitch bag and just cover it with rice. C: Let it sit over night. Then put the battery back in. The rice should absorb and leftover moisture and when you turn it back on, it will boot up in the factory default reset mode. That should fix the flash problem, water problem and any other glitches.
