Internet on my Iphone keeps closing?
Every time I go on safari, my internet closes. It's getting really annoying, like even before I scroll down. I cleared all the history, and cookies and stuff in the safari. Can anyone help me?
Ariana, that's a common problem. An application you installed recently is messing with your iPhone.
a) Plug your iPhone to your computer.
b) Open iTunes then backup your iPhone by clicking the "Back Up Now" button.
After back up is done, your information(pictures/apps/videos) will be backed up to your PC.
c) Restore your iPhone through iTunes by clicking the "Restore iPhone" button.
This will remove all your files from your iPhone but don't worry, it will be back on step D.
Try the internet again. If it works without closing again, follow step D
d) Open iTunes again and Restore Backup by clicking the "Restore Backup" button.
After this, you will get all you files back and your problem will be solved too.
