Tilt feature on my new iPhone 5 is not working properly?
I just bought a new iPhone 5 today, but the tilt is being really weird. I tried to play doodle jump but the iPhone acts like I'm constantly titling to the right side. But I'm not. And I do have experience with apple products, so I know how to work the iPhone, but I just can't seem to figure out what's wrong. I had also put a Lifeproof case on it, could that be affecting the phone?
You may try to reboot your iPhone and see if that solves the issue:
1. Hold power button and home button down until iphone switches off (don't let go!)
2. Keep holding and wait until you see the Apple logo once the phone starts rebooting. Release both buttons once you see the logo.
Once your phone has rebooted, see if the issue is still there. If it is - then the only thing I could suggest is to ask the store to replace the device, which shouldn't be a problem as it is a brand new device.
- Sound on my iPhone not working properly? I have an iPhone 4s and the sound will work when I get a call or a message but it won't work when I try to watch snapchats or vine videos? I can listen to them with headphones in but it won't work without headphones, does anyone know how to fix this?
