There's a black spot on my iPhone 4 screen

Ok so on the top right corner of my iPhone screen there's a black spot i don't know what to do I reset it already I'm sure I didn't drop it I swear and there's no water damage how do I fix this problem!

Likely it is dead pixels on the LCD (display) screen. On the iPhone 4 they used a "fused" screen system, so you will need to replace both the glass touch screen and the LCD screen. I suggest looking up a video on YouTube and swapping the screen out yourself. Its a simple repair, just keep your screws organized. I suggest getting a good quality screen (fork out the extra 10 bucks, you'll be glad you did) compared to getting it from less reputable places like eBay and Amazon.
