There's a spinning loading wheel on iPhone?
Why is there a spinning loading wheel going round on the top bar of iPhone next to my Wi-Fi signal
It's just loading a page, or an app. Usually when it's spinning, it's still loading, just wait until its gone, and when it's gone then your page and app is fully loaded.

It doesn't ever quit spinning
Don't know if this will help you; For me, the spinning network activity wheel only became a problem after updating to the latest ios. Tried everything, turning Wi-Fi/cell off, airplane mode -- lock screen -- these were only a temporary fix. The problem for me was with dictation (I use a lot of that for messaging and notes). Finally found the option to turn dictation off-- Did so. Problem only resolved a few moments after I turned dictation back on. Enjoy your own workarounds! (Not aware that many other people use dictation to the extent I do)
(go to settings/general/keyboards and look down the bottom. Thar you shall find the slider for dictation on/off)
- Why does my daily booster wheel not work in Candy Crush? The daily Booster wheel icon is present and when I click on it the wheel launches, but the wheel is dark grey and will not spin. When I close the wheel and try to launch it again it tells me to come back later for another spin. The game is on my iPhone and is not linked to my Facebook, nor do I want it to be. Does anyone know why this is happening?
