This accessory may not be supported- Charging my iPhone 5?

I'm about to ******* slam my phone down, this is Really frustrating i'm not even over exaggerating. Whenever I try to charge my iPhone, I plug in the charger and i have to wiggle it around and then it works, then 2 seconds later it says 'This accessory may not be supported' WTF. I buy my chargers at crackerz bc i don't have enough money to buy one at Telus (I have like no money) And every like, week i have to buy a new one before it breaks. I'm getting pissed

Any charger that is not an official Apple product will likely give that message- it will still charge, though.

If you are having to constantly purchase cheap chargers, then it is likely worth it to just purchase a "real" one that is better quality.

If you have to wiggle the cord to get it to charge, something is either wrong with the cord (such as a short in the wire) or with the charging port of the phone itself. You might want to take it in and see if there's something they can fix. That should be no charge if it is still under warranty (do not mention that you are using non-Apple products).

Shorts in the wire are most commonly caused by trying to use the phone while it is plugged in. You move and bend the wire more than it is intended.

Well first calm down cause i was there man:/
Ok first, try to connect it to a different socket in the house, maybe the problem lays in the socket?
If it doesn't then you should maybe try to buy a cheap chinese knock of ac adapter, you never know and it only costs 5-10$
For now i think you should borrow a iphone charger from your friend to see if the actuall iphone's dock isn't broken. If it is then either DIY it (not recommended) or get a refund or get it exchanged for a new one.
Hope this helps because i know the frustration man.
