THIS IS SERIOUS! Ok, So a few days ago, I've started feeling really weird?

I licked a Iphone charger for a joke and it gave a really cool feeling to it. I started doing it all the time until i finally stopped. I forgot about until i realized there's other stuff i can lick! I KNOW this is ridiculous and i'm going to hurt myself, but i need tips to help me, i always lick outlets and cords i find and i'm really scared i'm going to hurt myself. ANY GOOD suggestions to help me? I wanna talk to my parents but i don't think telling them that i'm going insane will help. So i'm relying on you guys.

Added (1). Thank you, i'm going to talk to my dad, i don't know what's wrong with me, i'm a very smart boy and i'm really into tech stuff, so i've been around cords and such my whole life! Maybe i'm sick?

Added (2). @Joy its all i was thinking about today, i almost had a breakdown. I have tons of friends and i do stuff with them all the time! I'm troubled by this… I think i may be sick form the stomach flu right now as i'm weak and have nausea, i didn't get shocked, i'm not trying too, its just so tempting…

Is this a joke? You wouldn't feel weird by licking a charger, and you shouldn't be doing it anyway.

Here is a crazy idea, don't lick anything full of germs and stuff that is non edible, because chances are good it can do your body damage.

Well you can call this, weird addiction, it happens to most of people who are usually nervous, or feeling down, or maybe just too pressured, but the best way of stopping this habit, is trying to focus on something else other than that, stop thinking about it, think about playing a game, and finishing it, or reading a book, or try to lick something else other than those stuff, lick icecream, lolipops, and try not to pressure yourself too much.

Sometimes people on the autistic spectrum do stuff like licking people or objects but I'd have expected other symptoms as well (maybe there are some or you don't realise you have them) Do you interact well with others, have a good group of friends to hang out with and hobbies to participate in? If not why not and would you see any point in looking for them?

If you think you are going insane that is generally a safe indication that you are sane enough to question this. People who are insane don't know it.

Am confused by the reference to a few days and then saying "I always" which implies a lot more than a few days. If this is a long term issue why have your parents not noticed already?
