Tiny Smudge on my recording?

I was recording something for a class project with my iphone, and inside the lens is a little piece of dust or something that appeared in every video i made. Is their any way to edit that out with move maker or something?

Not without decompiling the video into individual frames and then photo shopping every frame THEN recompiling it into a video.
