Took Battery out of iPhone 5c and put it back in now it won't stop vibrating

Today, I took my screen to get fixed, and since my screen doesn't respond to hand touch. The person who fixed my screen had to take the battery out of the phone. So i went back up there to get and she told me to put it on charge til it cut back on but that worries me bc I have left it on the charger and it just keeps vibrating should I take it off charge or no?

Thats not good.

When I got back home plugged the dead iphone in and the damn thing worked. I now I'm wondering if apple will still warranty it cause I don't want to go to hear NO. So any ideas please!
