Townnews email on iphone?

I have an email account through Townnews for work
and I just can't get it to work for through iMail or on my iphone and I don't know why

it keeps saying my username or password for mail.townnews.com is wrong, which username and password am i supposed to be using? And how do i set this damn thing up

Goto settings--->Mail, Contacts, Calendars--->Add Account--->Other

Then Select Add Mail Account And Input
1. Your Full Name
2. Your email address
3. The password used to log into your email account
4. The account Description, like Town News

Click on next and a new screen will pop up.
This is were you will need to tell the iphone if you have IMAP or POP access to your account. Accourding to the townNews website they do not support IMAP, only POP and SMTP services for using email clients, such as the iphone.

So select the POP tab
Your name, email address and description will already be filled in.

Now to setup the Incoming mail server (The POP server)

1. You will need to input the POP mail server name for TownNews, and it is not townnews.com. Usually it is something like mail.townnews.com, but it could be anything. I COULD NOT FIND THE POP SERVER NAME ON THERE WEBSITE So YOU AS AN ACCOUNT HOLDER WILL NEED TO CONTACT THEM TO GET IT.
2. Input the user name you use to access your email, usually your email address
3. Input the password you use to access your email account, this might be filled in already from the previous screen.

Now to setup the outgoing mail server (SMTP Server)
1. Again you will need to get the name of the SMTP server from townnews, it is usually something like smtp.townnews.com, but could be anything.
2. Input the user name you use to access your email, usually your email address
3. Input the password you use to access your email account, this might be filled in already from the previous screen.
Townnews uses SMTP authentication to send emails which is why you need to input your user name and password for the SMTP server also.

Select the Save button and that should be it.
