Trademarks and Apple Stores?

Hello-
I'm making a short film, and I have encountered a few problems. The first is that I would like to title my film "iPhone". Its simple, to the point, and represents the film perfectly. The only problem is that "iPhone" is a trademark of Apple, and I'm confused about how I can use it. Can I title my film "iPhone" or can I not? If not, how can I request permission from Apple?

Second, I would like to shoot some interviews around and at the Apple Store. Do I need to get a release form signed for the store to appear in the shot?

It's only a trademark infringement if they can prove your use creates a likelihood of confusion that you have some affiliation or sponsorship by Apple. However, that won't prevent them from having their lawyers send you a nasty-gram.

  • Will Apple Retail stores repair IPhones that won't charge? Yes I did ask this question before but i left out something very important. My IPhone isn't with a company. A friend gave it to me as a present and my parents haven't really argreed to turn it on yet. I don't have a warranty on my phone. Is it possible that they might still fix it? I've basically been using it as an IPod or something.
  • Will Apple Retail Stores refill stock one day after launch day? If in any way an Apple Retail store runs out of stock after launch day of the new iPhone 6, is there any chance that by the next day there will be new stock already again? Or does sold out mean = sold out for a few weeks.
  • What stores sell apple iPhone earbuds? I keep losing my damn earbuds and I'm on to my third pair but they suck. I want to get iPhone 5 earbuds. Can someone tell me what stores would sell them, aside apple because i'm not driving all the way to the mall.
  • What is the situation with iPhone 5 stock in Apple stores (london)? I will visit the UK next week and aiming to buy an iPhone 5 since it is still not available in my country, but i'm wondering will i be able to walk into an apple store and buy one right away or is it still out of stock?
