Transfer iphone to mac without iTunes?

I need to download my music from my iphone 5 to my macbook air but i download music illegally from mp3skull.com onto a music app i downloaded from the appstore. I need my music on my mac. Is there any software or program i could use to do so?

Then why didn't you download directly to your computer in the first place? Unlike iPhones, Macs are computers, and computers (even those made by Apple) allow you to copy downloaded files to external media like CDR or flash drive. A blank DVD can hold way over a thousand songs. Did you really spend hundreds of dollars on computer related hardware while you 1) couldn't be bothered to spend a few bucks on a flash drive or spindle of optical disks, or 2) you somehow simply didn't know that music files are like any files and can be copied?
