Transfer music from iphone to laptop?

Hi, i have a jailbroken iphone 3gs with ifile and i was wondering if it is possible to move music files from Free Music download app to my laptop over ifile or any other way over Wi-Fi or usb.

So do you have iTunes? Here's the solution if you have itunes: connect your iphone to computer and open itunes. When itunes recognize your iphone, open the info tab and select to sync the contents you want to save to itunes, then click "apply". And you go to apple's support website to learn more basic uses of itunes.

But if you don't have itunes (I guess you don't have since you already jailbroken, right?), then you can choose other iphone transfer to do the tranfer.
