Transfer paid apps from iPod 4th gen to iPhone 5?

I just got a new iPhone and I don't want to lose the apps I have on my iPod mostly my $7.00 Minecraft app, does anyone know how I can do a transfer?

Okay so go into the AppStore on your iPhone (after your logged onto your iTunes account) and go to updates then click on purchased and it will give you the list of already purchased items on your iTunes account, you can re download on your phone for free.

If you are using the same ape I'd you don't get charges again for the apps/music/movies you buy so you can just download it on your iPhone for free

1, Connect iPod to computer
2. Open iTunes
3. Right-click your iPod icon in iTunes and select "Transfer Purchases." This will transfer both music and applications purchased on the iPod.
4. Wait for the "Sync in progress" icon to disappear and then unplug the iPod.
5.Plug your iPhone into the PC using the iPhone USB cable. Open iTunes.
6.Click the "Apps" icon. Click the box next to "Sync Apps
7.Click the checkbox next to each app you want to transfer from the first iPod to this one. Click "Apply" to transfer the apps. Wait for the "Sync in progress" icon to disappear and then unplug the iPhone to complete the process.
