Transferring iPhone SMS to read on Windows computer?
I've been in a loop the whole day trying to figure things out. I was wondering what was the easiest way to be able to read my iPhone text messages on my computer?
To transfer sms and data from one iPhone to another:
- Connect your old iPhone to iTunes on your PC/Mac and sync
- In the Info menu, ensure your contacts are set to sync
- In the iTunes device list: Right click on your iPhone and select 'Backup' from the context menu allow the backup to complete.
- Connect your new iPhone to iTunes (on the same computer you used to back up your current iPhone)
- iTunes will ask you if you want to 'Restore from a backup' or set up your new iPhone as a new phone.
- Select 'Restore from a backup'
- Choose the most recent backup of your current iPhone (if prompted)
- Sync your new iPhone to receive the backup information and your text messages.

- Transferring music from iphone to computer? Okay, so this will have a little back story. my home computer with about 2, 000+ songs is at my father's house, i had a pc and i've used that computer for about 3-4 years now, i've synced almost all of my apple products with it. now i have a new laptop and my home computer that has all of my music on it, has a virus, so i really want to put new songs on my iphone without having to restore everything. Is there any way i can? Can i transfer my 2, 000 songs or so, onto my laptop?
- IPhone5 read 5%, plugged in to charge then instantly read 26%? It's been doing this a lot lately. Earlier it read 37% and I restarted it and it read 63%. Do I have a bad battery or is the percentage reader just not accurate?

- If I read a iphone text on the home menu will it say i read it? I don't want someone to know i read a text but i saw the text on the unlock screen on my iphone will it say i read it or is that only if i read the text after unlocking the phone?
