Trick apple to replace iPhone?

So I have a apple iPhone 4s and I dropped it and the screen cracked witch is fine but the led display stopped will apple replace it? If so I think there's warranty but how much would it be or is there a good excuse I could say they would fix it

I find some people go to apple places that sometimes replace the screen if its broken for free, other not so lucky. Although i do recommend to purchase, "WORX" limited lifetime screen replacement even if the screen is already broken.
