Trouble with downloading purchased songs from iTunes
On my iPhone iTunes app I saw that song old songs where purchased and I tried downloading them and it wouldn't let me even though it recognized I purchased the songs. So I went to the "More" tab on the app and tried to download the songs from there, I went to music and then the artist and the songs were not there so then I checked the artist on the "Not on this phone" tab and the songs weren't there either. Then I went to my music app and then to the artist where I was able to download 2 songs by clicking "show complete album" but it won't let me download the other songs from the artist from a different artist, which I also have purchased songs for. And also for the first artist it won't let me see the full album for a different album so I can download more songs I've purchased even though I have a downloaded song from that album.
Have you tried turning it off and on?
- STOP A SONG THAT I PURCHASED ON ACCIDENT FROM DOWNLOADING ITUNES? I was downloading a bunch of songs (on itunes from my iphone 4s) and accidently hit purchase on one i didn't want. I'm using a itunes gift card with credit and I have $1 left now, but the song I want is $1.29 and i purchased one on accident. The accidental one is on pause in my downloads right now, is there a way to delete it from there (i don't want it and it would be nice to get my money back on my gift card) Help
- Purchased songs lost after reinstalling iTunes? I had to delete iTunes today then reinstall it because my iPhone wasn't being detected under Devices. I easily transferred my purchased songs from my phone's iTunes but the purchased ringtones I had aren't there anymore. They don't show up in the Tones section of anything. I checked my iTunes purchase history and they're clearly there. So how do I get them back or find them?
- IPhone app trouble not downloading right? Help I downloaded an app recently and just about when it gets to the end it says the app was unable to be downloaded. If I try to open it it automatically closes. I'm downloading it over 3G but its under 20 mb so it should work fine I've tried turning it off and on and resetting the app but nothing works what is wrong
- IPhone 4 downloading app trouble? I can't download any apps on my iPhone 4 I go to the Appstore and tap install and it starts to download but after it finishes there's a pop up that says "Unable to download App" and I tap retry. And nothing happens after that. Then ill close my Appstore and open it back up and it said the app installed but it will never open.
