Trouble with MMS on unlocked iPhone 5 running on t-mobile?

I have an unlocked iPhone 5 and I have it working with tmobile but I just can send or recive picture messages. Can someone please help. IPhone running on iOS 6.1.

MMS rarely works with iPhones on T-Mobile.

I have MMS working on my factory unlocked iPhone on T-Mobile.
I can tell you what I have entered into the settings, but if it doesn't work then contact T-Mobile and they'll be happy to get it working for you; they deal with a lot of iPhones on their network.

Settings < General < Cellular < Cellular Data Network

Then, from here skip the first part and go to the part that says "MMS" and make it look like it is below: (when I type "blank" leave the box blank). Make sure to enter EVERY character correctly or it will not work. Good luck!
