Trying to connect iPhone 4 to Windows 7 ad-hoc?
I'm trying to connect my iphone 4 to my windows 7 laptop via ad-hoc connection. I have done it before just fine but this time it isn't working the devices "connect" but my iphone does not switch from "3G" to the Wi-Fi symbol and my laptop says "Unidentified Network" then under that says "No Internet Access" please help!
Try this:
Set your iPhone to airplane mode, then trun on Wi-Fi and connect to the same network as you laptop.
- Why won't my Ad-Hoc connection work? I'm in Greece on vacation, and I brought my laptop and my phone with me. I have a dial up connection for my laptop and used that to create my ad-hoc connection. The dial up connection is actually a USB internet on the go. I use pre paid cards and have a connection with a company here in Greece. I want to connect my iPhone to Wi-Fi and would like to know why it isn't working. Thanks for any help Yes and it says that its shared in network connections
- What can i do when i'm trying to get into my IPhone but when i turn it on it says Connect to ITunes? I was on my IPhone last night and all of the sudden my phone shuts off. It happens all the time so I didn't think anything of it. It showed the Apple logo but then instead of showing my lock screen and all that it showed this "Connect to ITunes". What do I do? (I have a 3GS)
- Trying to connect my iPhone 5? So, some lady ripped me off by selling me her iphone but I guess she owes money on it or something because when I tried connecting it sprint said that I couldn't because the phone is still on someone else's plan but is diconnected. Is there any way I can connect it by maybe unlocking it? Or getting a new simcard? Or i don't know I'm in desperate need of help! Can anyone please help me I would greatly appreciate it.
