So, I did NOT assume. She has an iPhone. I have an iPhone. My iPhone does not take pictures like this with the standard camera.
There's nothing special about those awful photos. They were taken with a phone camera and can be done by anyone.
Please don't try to copy such poor photos… Develop your own style and produce something better.
I know what you mean. Try the Photoshop app in the app store of course. Lol I use that and it edits great for iPhone pics. She could of used it and did some slight adjustments. I don't see a whole lot of filters from these shots.

The user probably did not respond because there's NO reason to think that any app was used to modify what are obviously selfies, needing no technique nor any special "filter" app
Do NOT assume that every photo you see that you like needed to be enhanced by an app
These haven't had filters applied. They're just regular snaps taken by a phone, and completely unremarkable.
