Twitter won't let me follow a particular person? - 1
Why can't I follow this person on twitter everytime I try to follow my friend on the iPhone app it says I'm forbidden to follow and when I try to follow them on my computer I automatically get signed out. It just with this person could it be that she blocked me for whatever reason. Because twitter lets me follow other people it's just her I'm having this problem with. And I don't want to ask her in case she did block me. If you could tell me what's going on and if possible how to fix it thank you.
Most likely the user has blocked you. There's an option to block a user.
Blocked users can't:
Add your Twitter account to their lists, Have their @replies or mentions show in your mentions tab (although these Tweets may still appear in search), Follow you, See your profile picture on their profile page or in their timeline.

I'll would click follow, then it will say following for a second, then it would go back to say follow. This person did follow me and I asked them if they blocked me and they said no.
