Unblocking someone on fb notification on iphone or macbook pro?

I unblocked someone on fb, did he get some sort of notification? He uses messenger on iphone and mac book and i don't understand how he found out that i unblocked him…

I thought maybe he was checking my profile constantly, but maybe there's a notification somehow for people who use iphone and mac book?

Other then the chat coming back, i don't understand how he found out so quickly that i unblocked him

There's no such thing. May be he/she was stalking on you. Like keep looking for your profile or may be you have messaged him/her in the past once you remove the block your profile pic will be available because once you get blocked by someone he/she can't see your profile pic neither your name
