Unjailbreaking my iPhone 4s?

I want to unjailbreak my iPhone 4s so I can update it to ios 6 but the problem is I don't want to lose all my data from the apps. Yes I did restore it before I jailbroke it but I want to keep my progress. Example is I have sims freeplay n I have all this money but if I restore it will it erase everything? Also can I back up my jailbroken phone n restore n maybe it will keep it up to date?

You make a note of where all the apps are placed on the screen
(take a screen shot on the phone/ iTunes apps screen)
Because Apple amazingly, does not back up the positions!

You back it up to the iCloud
You back it up to iTunes (also)

Make a note of the phones name and its Apple ID.

Restore.
and put the phones appleid/Name in…
THis is what all your apps/credits are tied to.

go the apps page on iTunes,
and any that are not on Iphone, 'install to iPhone' again - they don't automatically
And then use the iTunes screen to re-arrange the apps as before if you wish.

Should be job done.

I just now found out that the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6s were two different phones so that makes for 2 other new phones I learned about what are the differences? After i get the restored iphone i will download my contacts from icloud. My worry is that is it possible that icloud may backup my jailbreak tweaks and cydia? I DO NOT WANT THEM and that's why i'm asking! I seriously DO NOT want cydia and its packages back!
