Unlock broken iPhone screen?

Hi! I dropped my iPhone 6s and now only the right half of the screen works. Sadly, my passcode has some numbers on that side of the screen and I can't even use Siri unless I unlock my iPhone first. I just want it to be unlocked so that I can back it up on iTunes. Short of replacing the screen, is there anything that I can do or is my phone backup a lost cause?

Added (1). When I plug it into iTunes it says, "iTunes could not connect to the iPhone "Emily's iPhone" because it is locked with a passcode. You must enter your passcode on the iPhone before it can be used with iTunes."

You don't need to unlock the phone to back ot up on iTunes.

For those operations in iTunes where you need any security credentials (such as restoring a backup onto your phone), you enter them on your host computer whilst running iTunes.

So go ahead, backup your phone data somit is safe, and then get the screen replaced knowing that if any data is lost you can easily restore it. If Apple repair the phone (or many other reputable repairers) then they routinely reset the phone to wipe the data.
