Is it possible to unlock Fido iPhone without being with Fido?
I'm with Chatr, is there a way I can unlock this Fido iPhone or do I have to go to Fido?

Yes, you find a local Shop that can do cell phone unlocking and PAY them to unlock the phone.
IPhones are not locked to any network. Just remove the fido sim and replace with the sim of a different carrier.
