Retina Display is name exclusively used by Apple for liquid crystal displays which they claim have a high enough pixel density that the human eye is unable to notice pixelation at a typical viewing distance.

8.00MP camera w/panorama refers to the phone's resolution when taking pictures with the camera, as does the 1080p HD video recording. This is very good resolution, btw.
Siri is the thing you always see in the commercials where people are talking to the phone and it responds.
Facetime is like skype, basically.
