Updating IPhone 5S from 9.1 to 9.2.1, scared something will go wrong?
Do I have anything to worry about? I will do a backup on iTunes. And I have an app with free music but there's no update for it. I'm scared that my app will crash… And I'm also worried about my Apple Music. Can someone reassure me? I love my music & my iPhone
Your music will stay there, all your apps too. It's not that bog of deal to update your phone. Its rare anything will go wrong, if it does, just text apple (they have real people you can text online) I'm sure they'll help.
If you really love your music, you'll have a backup of it on your computer and other places. Make a backup; at least every other week and have it on multiple devices: a computer, another one, flash drive, NAS, cloud, etc…
Hopefully you know, there's always a chance of something going wrong, but unless you're messing around with the phone, don't worry. Plug it into a power-source, and make sure that the battery is
Make a backup of the phone prior to updating. Now iOS 9.1 and.2 aren't dramatic changes, so don't worry too much.
Also, move your music from your music app to your iTunes program, and then sync them so you use the native music app. Chances are that music downloader will probably stop working in the future.
- Will updating my iPhone apps affect my phone speed as how updating the Operating System (OS) will? Currently I'm using the iPhone 5s on iOS 8.3 I know if I were to update my phone to the latest OS I may notice some slowdown on my phone's performance, since it may not have the "muscle" to handle certain functions. Many apps now are optimised for iOS 9 and/or the 6th generation phones. Will my 5s' speed performance slow down if I update my apps? Will the app's performance slow down?
- There's something wrong with my itunes store for iphone 5? When I click on the app to open it, it loads for a second before it automatically goes back to my home screen. What should I do? I already turned my iphone off and on and cleared my history repeatedly. Is there any solution besides restarting my iphone 5 again? By the way, this iphone 5 is not new, and it had been working after I had updated to IOS7 until i had noticed this morning.
