Updating to iOS 6 From Beta?

I've had the iOS 6 beta 4 installed on my iPhone 4 and I want to upgrade to the proper release version but every time I try to update I get a message saying "iOS 6 is the most up to date software" and when I try to restore it says "The requested resource was not found". I even downloaded the IPSW directly from the Apple server and when I try to manually install it (hitting shift + restore) and it still says "The requested resource was not found" not even giving me the option to even look for the IPSW. How am I able to switch to the proper release from the beta?

Simply download the latest version from the internet or iTunes.

Go to setting.upgrades and download iOS 6

You need to "Option + Click Restore", then you will be able to navigate to the IPSW and restore from that.
