Upgrading iPhone 4s to 5s or wait for 6?

The only reason I want to upgrade is cause the Wi-Fi of my 4S is acting really weird and hasn't been working for the past 2 months. But if it weren't for the Wi-Fi breaking, my 4S would still be perfect for me. So my question is should I sell it now and buy a 2nd hand 5S or sell it when the 6 comes out? What features will the 6 have over the 5S? I'm really scared that the 6 will have a huge *** screen like Androids which I'm definitely not a fan of.
I keep wondering the same thing but the more I look into it the more I realise the 4s is fine. For me it never really runs particularly slowly so it'll do from a processor point of view. The camera is pretty much the same and I actually like the size because it fits well in my pocket. I don't like the 4g plans because you hardly get any data. I can pretty much stream music with 3G. Why bother unless you're hugely bothered about a slightly bigger screen?

- Would I be pleased upgrading from an iPhone 4S to iPhone 6? Now that the craze has died down I would like to hear from people who have an iPhone 6 (and it'd be awesome to hear from those who have upgraded from a 4s) for honest opinions and reviews. Any details provided would be appreciated because I'm highly contemplating purchasing a 6 but I want opinions from actual owners first!

- Upgrading iPhone 4 to iPhone 5? I currently own an iPhone 4 on a $69 plan with Telstra which began in approximately June 2011. Obviously the date is now almost November 2012. I'm really keen to upgrade to the iPhone 5 and I was wondering if this is at all possible. I've heard of people upgrading without having to wait the 24 months or whatever. Will I have to wait the rest of the time period or can I upgrade now?
